I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, it was so charming and had a very cozy atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also lovely, especially the beautiful garden at the back of the hotel. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always there to assist me and ensure that my stay was comfortable and convenient.
Honestly, I had such a wonderful vacation at Las Caldas that it's difficult for me to think of any negatives. If I had to find one thing to improve for senior people, it would be to have more signage and clear directions around the hotel.

Cycling through the stunning landscapes of Las Ubiñas National Park, Senda del Oso, and Fuso de la Reina pedestrian path was an amazing experience. The routes were well-marked and allowed us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the area. We also enjoyed exploring the quaint towns nearby and discovering the abundance of activities available, making it a true paradise for nature lovers.
My children wanted a dedicated children's play area at the hotel to keep them entertained during our stay.

Remote oasis for a refreshing break! Spacious, well-furnished rooms and a fresh, organic breakfast buffet make a perfect start to the day. The attached spa is an added bonus with a great sauna and thermal facilities. If you're into cycling, then this hotel is perfect for you with great biking paths, bike washing and storage facilities, plus pre-set GPS routes that makes navigating very easy.
Limited dining options in the area: make sure you have dinner plans sorted ahead of time. The Wi-Fi signal iffy at best, but hey, less screen time means more time for the beautiful surroundings and nature walks.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel boasts stunning surroundings, which offer a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The spacious rooms have large bathrooms and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff delivers fantastic service and the delicious breakfast is a highlight. Guests can enjoy many extras like a spotlessly clean storage room and wash facilities for cycling gear.
One aspect that could be improved was the water temperature in the jacuzzi areas of the pool.

We had a fantastic time exploring the cycling and mountain bike routes in the beautiful surroundings of Las Caldas. The National Park of Las Ubiñas, the Senda del Oso, and the Fuso de la Reina pedestrian path with its tunnels and bridges were all amazing experiences. We also loved being close to the nature reserves of the Redes Park, which offered a natural paradise of green landscapes and quaint towns. There was never a shortage of activities for our family to enjoy!
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated children's play area.

The hotel provided excellent amenities for cycling enthusiasts, including a bike washing area, secure bike-storage location, and a bike workshop. they offered more than 20 GPS routes to pick from. The staff was both hospitable and supportive. The hotel's location in a serene area was a genuine pleasure to visit.
The wifi speed was a bit disappointing, and it became entirely unavailable for an entire day. There were also limited activities within the area, making it better suited for a peaceful getaway than a thrilling one.
